Product Support (New Grad Welcomed)

We are currently seeking a new grad (with analytic education) to assist sales with closing new business and growth of existing accounts. As the subject matter expertise, you will be able to understand, process, and translate the prospect's highly complex wishes or pain points into potential green field, cross-sell/up-sell advantages. Full training will be included.
Responsibilities:
Educating the prospect on industry norms and best practices (will become subject matter expert, go-to-person)
Participating with the account/sale team on early-stage prospect interactions.
Assisting the sales representative with making a go/no-go decision and ROI analysis.
Educating the prospect on solution capabilities, lead on RFP's
Demonstrating how a product or managed service solves the specific use cases for the customer.
Working with Delivery and Information Services to determine solution architecture, data requirements and service capabilities.
Providing a recommended deployment methodology or architecture.
Working with Workforce Management and Pricing to determine staffing and pricing requirements.
Lead the solution life-cycle from Needs Analysis through Statement work Delivery; creating and document the solution design - presentations, solution proposal, design flows, Statement of Work.
Facilitating knowledge transfer to the PMO office and Delivery Services Team.
Introducing the client to the post-sales support organization.
Making routine inquiries to ensure ongoing satisfaction and eventual realization of the benefits that were articulated during the sales and solution cycle.
Cultivating members of the client's implementation or administrative team that can assist with future customer references.
Qualifications:
BA or BS degree (Business Analyst background welcomed)
New Graduates welcomed
Knowledge of supply chain logistics from academics a plus
Will be presenting product demonstrations, solution proposals, and solution designs.
Able to work on projects that have significant ambiguity, and translate those into functional requirement
Ability to understand and interpret pricing models and related functions (FTE, productive hour).
Understanding of the global outsourcing industry, related processes (key players, types of outsourcing, inbound, outbound, care, back office).
Capable of becoming knowledgeable with various technologies and market trends
Able to collaborate with cross functional teams during development and deployment of new solutions.
Able to work within a fast moving environment.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written with effective presentation skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
