is currently seeking an experienced bilingual Property Manager for a residential property located in Ashland, MA.
The Property Manager oversees all functions of the property, including supervision of on-site staff, handling tenant communications and issues, performing annual certifications, REAC inspection preparation and managing the A/R process.
The ideal candidate must have their COS or be willing to get it within 3 months, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and will have 3 years
experience in Residential Property Management Operations, Section 8 and HUD compliance.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills are required for this position.
